Precision LinkedIn Jobs Radar for the Indian Talent Market
The Who's Hiring Radar is a purpose-built search link generator engineered to cut through the clutter of standard job portals. When hiring managers or corporate recruiters at top Indian companies—such as TCS, Infosys, Reliance, Flipkart, and Razorpay—post new openings on LinkedIn, finding them via the default search bar often returns irrelevant third-party agency listings, closed requisitions, or paid algorithmic promotions.

- Not a LinkedIn Sales Navigator clone: Works directly with free browser links without monthly software subscriptions.

Why recruiters use HR Mapper instead of LinkedIn’s filter panel
Faster than native LinkedIn filters
Instead of manually clicking through 8 separate drop-down menus on LinkedIn every single morning, fill one concise form on HR Mapper to construct the perfect search string instantly. Save recurring client radars as browser presets or export 1-tap WhatsApp briefings for your agency sourcing team.
Cleaner company matching
LinkedIn's free-text company box often matches agency recruitment posts mentioning the target company in text. HR Mapper prioritizes official numeric LinkedIn Company IDs (f_C) whenever available, giving you a verified badge and clean enterprise-only search results.
Built for Indian hiring reality
Tailored for key Indian IT enterprise hubs (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech, Tech Mahindra) and high-growth startup ecosystems across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, NCR, and Chennai. Seamlessly cross-reference active job surges with HR Mapper's company directory of 150+ Indian hubs.
How the LinkedIn Jobs URL is built (Transparency breakdown)
1Always newest first (sortBy=DD)
LinkedIn defaults to sorting by internal relevance scores, which often displays openings filled months ago. HR Mapper explicitly appends sortBy=DD (Date Descending) to every URL, forcing LinkedIn to list the newest posted positions at the very top of your feed.
2Rolling date windows only (f_TPR=r...)
LinkedIn does not support fixed calendar date ranges (e.g. 1 Jan to 15 Jan) on job searches. Instead, LinkedIn filters jobs posted within the last N seconds via f_TPR. HR Mapper calculates exact seconds for rolling windows: Past 24 Hours (r86400), 3 Days (r259200), Past Week (r604800), 14 Days (r1209600), and Past Month (r2592000).
3Skills and Boolean operators
Simple keyword strings like React work, but complex Boolean operators deliver superior precision. HR Mapper safely formats nested expressions such as (React OR "React.js") AND (TypeScript OR JavaScript) without URI corruption. When an exact company ID (f_C) is available, skills are passed cleanly in the keywords parameter.
4Location and distance radius
Input free-text location names (e.g. Bengaluru or Hyderabad). LinkedIn resolves canonical location geoIds automatically. When a location is provided, radius distance filtering (10, 25, 50, 100 miles) is activated. Leaving location empty generates nationwide or global results.
5Optional accuracy toggles
Refine results with specialized LinkedIn filters: Actively Hiring (f_AL=true for urgent badges), Easy Apply (f_EA=true for quick applications), and Verified Jobs (f_VJ=true for corporate verified postings).

India hiring playbooks (Original recruiter recipes)
1IT services sweep (TCS / Infosys / Wipro-style)
Major Indian IT service providers hire heavily across enterprise practices (AWS, Azure, Java Microservices, Salesforce, SAP). To track competitor hiring sprees in Pune, Bengaluru, or NCR, select the target enterprise in HR Mapper, apply your core technology Boolean (e.g. "Java" OR "Spring Boot"), and set the window to 7 days. Use the Multi-Company Hiring Sweep drawer to launch all 5 competitor IT firms in sequential tabs with 1 click.
2Product / startup hiring (Bengaluru & Hyderabad)
High-growth tech startups in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Gurugram (such as Zomato, Swiggy, Razorpay, Flipkart, PhonePe) move fast. Roles posted more than 14 days ago are usually already in final interview rounds. Use the 🔥 Hot Roles (3d) freshness recipe combined with Full Stack skills (e.g. React OR Node.js OR Python) and location Bengaluru with 25-mile radius to identify fresh active openings immediately.
3Campus and early-career monitoring
For volume staffing agencies hiring freshers or graduate trainees, set Experience Level to Internship / Entry Level (f_E=1,2) and Job Type to Full-time / Internship (f_JT=F,I). Avoid over-constraining skills keywords so you don't miss broad campus recruitment drives.
4Contract / C2H pipelines
Vendor-heavy contract staffing requirements demand tight date windows. Select Job Type Contract / Temporary (f_JT=C,T) with a 3-day or 7-day rolling window to catch vendor sub-contracting requisitions before talent pools close.
5Remote India searches
Set Location to India and select Work Mode Remote (f_WT=2). Note: LinkedIn remote tags vary by employer posting preference; always verify remote eligibility on the official LinkedIn job description page.

Frequently asked questions
Q1: Is Who’s Hiring on LinkedIn free?
Yes. The core Who’s Hiring workflow is free, with no credit card and no signup wall to generate a search. HR Mapper builds the LinkedIn Jobs URL in your browser and opens official LinkedIn in a new tab. You can also save presets locally and copy WhatsApp briefings without creating an HR Mapper account.
Q2: Do I need a LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator account?
No for the basic Jobs radar. Who’s Hiring constructs standard LinkedIn Jobs search URLs that work with a normal LinkedIn session. Premium or Sales Navigator may unlock extra LinkedIn-side features, but they are not required to use this command desk or force newest-first sorting via our URL builder.
Q3: Does HR Mapper scrape LinkedIn job listings?
No. We do not scrape, cache, or republish LinkedIn jobs, salaries, or applicant counts on hrmapper.com. Your filters stay in the browser; the final step is opening LinkedIn itself so results remain live at the source and under your own LinkedIn session.
Q4: Why don’t you show the jobs on hrmapper.com itself?
Mirrored job boards go stale and often create thin or misleading pages. LinkedIn is where you should read the posting, apply, and message. HR Mapper’s job is the step before that: build a precise, newest-first search URL for the target company—without pretending we host LinkedIn’s inventory.
Q5: What if the company isn’t in the directory?
Type any company name. If we do not have a stored LinkedIn company ID, HR Mapper falls back to a quoted company keyword match (for example "Acme Corp" AND (React)), still forcing newest-first sorting and applying your location, date window, and other filters.
Q6: Exact company filter vs keyword match — what’s the difference?
Exact company matching uses LinkedIn’s company ID when available, which usually returns cleaner employer-posted jobs and less agency noise. Keyword match puts the quoted company name into keywords—broader coverage, more brand-mention noise. The tool shows which mode is active so you know the quality of the filter.
Q7: Can I use a custom date range (1 Jan–15 Jan)?
Not as two calendar dates. LinkedIn Jobs uses a rolling “posted within the last N seconds” model. HR Mapper mirrors that with Today, Past week, Past month, or custom last N days. Fixed start/end calendars are not how LinkedIn’s public Jobs filters work, so we do not fake them.
Q8: Where are saved presets stored?
In your browser’s local storage on that device—private to you, with no account sync. Clearing site data removes presets and history. If you need a portable record for your team, use Copy Briefing and paste it into WhatsApp or email.
Q9: Difference between Who’s Hiring and LinkedIn Directory?
Who’s Hiring commands LinkedIn Jobs with company, skills, location, and date filters. LinkedIn Directory on company pages runs a Google X-Ray for LinkedIn company pages (site:linkedin.com/company). Use Who’s Hiring for openings; use Directory/X-Ray for company presence and related HR Mapper company workflows.
Q10: Is there a catch or signup wall?
No mandatory signup for the core tool. HR Mapper also publishes free company pages and sourcing guides so the page stays useful as a recruiter resource—not only a button. LinkedIn® remains a trademark of LinkedIn Corp.; HR Mapper is independent.
