HR Mapper is designed with a privacy-first, zero-server architecture. All Boolean search string calculations, query formatting, and email pattern permutations are processed 100% inside your local browser. We do not maintain user search databases or harvest personal recruitment parameters.

2. AI-Assisted Search Processing ("Find People / AI Chat")

When using our optional conversational search feature (/find-people), your message text is processed by trusted enterprise AI infrastructure (Groq Llama 3.3, Google Gemini Flash, OpenRouter, SambaNova DeepSeek V3, Cloudflare Workers AI) strictly to extract search intent parameters (company name, location, and role titles).

Zero AI Model Training

Messages are evaluated ephemerally to build Boolean search queries and are not retained to train proprietary commercial AI models.

3. Cookies, Google AdSense & Analytics Disclosures

We integrate Google AdSense to display non-intrusive advertisements. Google utilizes cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on user visits to HR Mapper or other sites across the internet.

•Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior website visits.
•You may opt out of personalized ad targeting by visiting Google's Ads Settings or aboutads.info .
•We use Google Analytics (GA4) to aggregate general traffic analytics (e.g. monthly visits). No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored or tracked.

4. Contact Forms & External Redirects

Submissions on our Contact Us and Feedback pages are transmitted over encrypted TLS connections via FormSubmit service. Data is used exclusively to respond to your support request.

When you click "Search on Google" or share a query via WhatsApp, you leave HR Mapper and navigate to third-party platforms (Google Search or WhatsApp Web). Third-party destinations operate under their respective privacy policies.

5. Your Local Data Controls

Because all user data lives inside your browser, you hold total operational control. You can wipe all local storage data with one click below.
