HR Mapper is designed with privacy in mind. The core Boolean search query generator, email permutation calculator, and company directory features process data inside your local browser. We do not maintain user search databases or harvest personal recruitment parameters.
AI Feature Disclosure: HR Mapper includes three AI-powered features that send user-provided data to external AI services for processing:
All three features process data ephemerally. No data is retained by AI providers for model training. All other features on HR Mapper process data entirely client-side inside your browser.

Messages are evaluated ephemerally to build Boolean search queries and are not retained to train proprietary commercial AI models.
HR Mapper does not scrape behind paywalls, host scraped personal databases, or harvest candidate profiles. Search queries execute directly on third-party public search engines.
The optional Cold DM Pitch Engine (Cold DM tab) uses AI to generate LinkedIn outreach message drafts based on context you explicitly provide (recipient name, company name, target role, your skills, achievements, and proof URLs).
Your outreach context is processed ephemerally by the AI service to generate message drafts. Data is not stored, logged, or used for AI model training.
The AI system is constrained to use only the information you supply. It will not fabricate achievements, company details, metrics, or relationships not present in your input.
Only data you explicitly type into the Cold DM form fields is sent to the AI service. HR Mapper does not auto-populate or scrape profile data from external sources.
All AI service calls are routed through HR Mapper's server-side API. Your browser never has access to AI provider API keys or credentials.
The optional Resume Parser (/resume-parser) allows you to upload a resume file (PDF, DOCX, or TXT). The binary file is processed entirely inside your browser using client-side JavaScript libraries (Mozilla PDF.js, Mammoth.js). Only the extracted plaintext is sent to AI providers for structured field mapping.
Your resume file (PDF/DOCX/TXT) is never uploaded to HR Mapper servers. Text extraction occurs entirely within your browser runtime using WebAssembly and JavaScript parsers.

HR Mapper does not store, cache, or persist your resume content on any server. Parsed results are displayed in your browser session only and are discarded when you leave the page.

We integrate Google AdSense to display non-intrusive advertisements. Google utilizes cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on user visits to HR Mapper or other sites across the internet.
Submissions on our Contact Us and Feedback pages are transmitted over encrypted TLS connections via FormSubmit service. Data is used exclusively to respond to your support request.
When you click "Search on Google" or share a query via WhatsApp, you leave HR Mapper and navigate to third-party platforms (Google Search or WhatsApp Web). Third-party destinations operate under their respective privacy policies.
Because all user data lives inside your browser, you hold total operational control. You can wipe all local storage data with one click below.
