Query Formulation Utility: The AI People Finder feature operates solely as a search syntax generator and sourcing copilot. It translates natural language requests into Boolean query strings intended for third-party search execution.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency:HR Mapper is not a "consumer reporting agency" and does not compile or provide "consumer reports" as defined by the United States Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) or equivalent international employment verification regulations. You may not use HR Mapper to establish an individual's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, tenant screening, or government benefits without conducting official, authorized background checks through licensed providers.

Candidate Verification & Due Diligence:In-app query previews, diagnostic indicators, and confidence heuristics are reference metrics to aid query construction. HR Mapper does not warrant the identity, current employment status, or contact credentials of any person found on third-party search results. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying credentials and complying with all applicable recruitment and privacy laws (including India's DPDP Act 2023 and EU GDPR).

AI Draft Generation: The Cold DM Pitch Engine generates LinkedIn outreach message drafts (connection notes, direct messages, and follow-ups) using AI based on context you provide. These outputs are drafts and suggestions only— they are not endorsed, verified, or sent by HR Mapper.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any AI-generated outreach content. By using the Cold DM feature, you acknowledge that HR Mapper does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated message drafts.

Anti-Spam Obligation:You must not use the Cold DM Pitch Engine for unsolicited mass outreach, spam campaigns, phishing, or any form of automated bulk messaging. All outreach must comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement, applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM Act, India IT Act 2000), and professional recruitment ethics.

No Liability for Outreach Outcomes: HR Mapper shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from messages you send using AI-generated drafts, including but not limited to account restrictions, recipient complaints, or professional reputation impact.

AI-Assisted Extraction: The Resume Parser feature uses AI to extract structured data (candidate name, skills, employers, titles, education) from uploaded resume text. The extracted fields are AI-generated interpretations and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misattributions.

User Verification Required: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-extracted resume fields before using them for HR discovery, outreach, or any recruitment decision. HR Mapper does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of parsed resume data.

No File Retention: Resume files are processed client-side in your browser. Only extracted plaintext is transmitted to AI providers for structured parsing. HR Mapper does not store, retain, or archive resume files or their contents on any server infrastructure.

Third-Party AI Processing: Extracted resume text is processed by the same enterprise AI providers used across HR Mapper (Groq, Gemini, OpenRouter, SambaNova, Cloudflare Workers AI). By using the Resume Parser, you consent to this ephemeral processing. No data is retained by AI providers for model training purposes.
